Job Duties: The employer is: SILVERWOOD RECRUITMENT.Resourcing suitable candidates for job positions.Uploading CVs onto CRM database.Database management.Creating adverts on Canva and posting to Social Media sites.Posting job positions on online platforms.Social Media management.Telephone screening of potential candidates and shortlisting for interview.Assisting with general administrative duties.You will be entitled to annual leave during this job opportunity.

Qualifications / Experience: Essential:A desire to learn and be receptive to new ideas.Competent with using Microsoft Outlook and Word.Excellent telephone manner.Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.GCSE level educated or equivalent.Desirable:Experience in a customer facing role.A keen interest and knowledge of Social Media platforms.A qualification in a Marketing or Business-related discipline.Experience working in a recruitment office.
