Job Duties: The Management Accountant will support with the Financial Controller and Heads of Services with responsibility for the preparation of monthly management accounts. The Management Accountant will support the management teams with an employee base of 300+ staff/volunteer, with a turnover of over £10M. These services areas include Residential Care for Adult and Children with Learning Disabilities, Independent Special Needs School and Day Services.Due to growth within the organisation over the last number of years, this is a new position in Camphill Glencraig.

Qualifications / Experience: Essential Criteria: Part Qualified CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualification (or similar recognised accountancy qualification) or Qualified Accounting Technician with 5 years' experience preparing Managements Accounts.At least 3 years' accounting experience including production of management accounts, annual accounts including full balance sheet reconciliation.An ability to communicate effectively.The ability to converse with a diverse range of people at all levels including providing high level briefings.Effective organisational skills - the ability to manage and prioritise workload and meet deadlines.Desirable Criteria: Experience of working with charity finance models, including restricted and unrestricted funds and full cost recovery modelsExperience of funding mechanisms in the Health & Special Education Sector An interest in the work of Camphill Community Glencraig
