Job Duties: GI Martin Architects require an experienced Architect/Architectural Technician to join their small friendly team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work remotely from home and have flexible working hours. The main duties would be to collaborate with the lead architect post planning phase to produce construction documentation. Some site supervision duties may be required on sites in the Dublin and Donegal Areas.
Qualifications / Experience: Proficient in AutoCAD.Ability to work closely with other design team members (Structural, Civil, M&E, etc).Working knowledge of NI and Republic of Ireland Building Regulations.Experience in producing construction documentation (drawings, schedules, details, etc) for medium to large construction projects. Candidates with experience in working on nursing home developments are particularly encouraged to apply. Site supervision during construction phase.Relevant qualifications in Architecture or Architectural Technology required.
