Job Duties: The Human Resource Coordinator supports the daily functions of the People Operations Department facilitating the efficient flow of communication and processes customer service functions by promptly responding to requests and questions via email, telephone, automated ticket queue and other systemsProcesses and follows-up on requests such as onboarding, off-boarding, employee promotions, pay increases etcAssists with accurate record keeping, tracking and auditingAssists with trainings, orientations, and presentationsCompletes other related duties as assignedProvides rota-d coverage on weekends and holidays

Qualifications / Experience: Working understanding of human resource principles, practices, and proceduresDemonstrates empathy in sensitive situationsExercises discretion especially as it relates to issues of confidentialityProficient with on-line communications tools & HRIS systemsAbility to think critically, provide solutions and problem solveAble to adapt to changesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent interpersonal and customer service skillsExcellent organisational skills and attention to detailAbility to perform tasks remotely and on-site as requiredWorking in a globally diverse environmentExcellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlinesAbility to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful situationsProficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Docs, PowerPoint, or related software
