Job Duties: The Employer is: COMPASS ADVOCACY NETWORK LTD.Devising & delivering a marketing & communication strategy.Production of creative content for CANs website & a range of media.Production of print promotional materials (in house & liaising with designers).Undertake interviews & arrange photo-shoots with our members to ensure the placement of good news stories on social media & appropriate media platforms.Create advertisements to market CANs services & raise its profile.Planning, organisation & management of events.Keeping company website, intranet & social media content fresh & up to date; ensuring the information is correct & consistent.Monitor social media activity & create original & engaging content.Distribution of marketing materials.Handling customer queries.Provide support, equipment & materials for events & exhibitions as required.Undertake mail shots & e-marketing campaigns as required.You will be entitled to annual leave during this job opportunity.

Qualifications / Experience: Have a good working knowledge of digital communication platforms including websites, social media, and blogs.Able to engage with audiences and update content regularly.Good written communication skills with the ability to think creatively when communicating with different audiences. Passion for addressing issues affecting people with learning difficulties, autism and mental health issues.Experience of assisting in the planning and delivery of events.A high standard of organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks and work in an efficient way.All CAN employees must undertake ACCESS NI Enhanced Disclosures upon appointment.
