Job Duties: Content creation & design of assets for the oneills.com website & marketing campaigns Preparing suitable product images issued by manufacturers & in house by using Adobe Photoshop tools.Supporting in semi-technical eComm-related tasks, managing development backlog, bug fixing etc.Experience in managing product data, merchandising eComm websites etc.Administering user reviews; monitoring/escalating feedback, compiling reports, analysing dataExperience in managing projects for a digital business, supporting in getting projects over the line, managing key aspects etc.Previously been involved in overall customer-focused projectsPerform regular reviews of the company's website to ensure content accuracy, product optimisation & efficiency in customer journeyIdeally some form of experience with growing an eComm channel & supporting analytics/marketing/strategies/projects
Qualifications / Experience: EssentialDemonstrable experience in creating and managing Google, Bing and Social Media advertising campaigns.Demonstrable experience of effective time management.An ability to communicate information well through various channels.Demonstrable proof of enthusiasm, initiative, creativity and problem-solving.Team player, a good listener and communicator.Problem-solving skills and a `can-do' attitude.Awareness of new eCommerce and digital marketing technology trends.Knowledge of Excel and online productivity tools.Quantitative and qualitative analytical skills.Strong time management, task prioritisation, organisation and follow up skills.DesirableGoogle & Bing certified.Facebook Blueprint Certified.2 years of professional experience in an eCommerce, retail, digital marketing, or a communications role.Omni-channel experience in SEO, Email, content & community management.
