Job Duties: To support the ADHR/s to ensure the delivery of services ensuring that a professional HR service is provided at all times, offering advice on the full range of HR areas including employee relations, recruitment and retention initiatives, education, learning and development initiatives and workforce information, linking in as appropriate with the relevant HR Heads of Service.To develop positive working relationships with senior staff throughout the Directorate/s, to ensure a high quality and responsive service.Please visit www.jobs.hscni.net to see Job Description and Personnel Specification.

Qualifications / Experience: Degree, recognised professional qualification or equivalent higher qualification, in a Human Resources related field AND 2 years experience in a Human Resources role at a minimum of Band 4 level or above.OR HNC / HND or equivalent / higher qualification in a Human Resources related field AND 3 years experience in a Human Resources role, 2 years of which must be at a minimum of Band 4 level or above.OR 5 years experience in Human Resources role, 2 years of which must be at a minimum of Band 4 level or above.Please visit www.jobs.hscni.net to see Job Description and Personnel Specification.
