Job Duties: Office Interior Solutions provide complete turnkey solutions for Office Fit-Out, Refurbishment and Office Furniture projects throughout the UK and Ireland. We are looking for Project Coordinator to join the team and assist with getting projects costed, quantified and implemented. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing quotations, acknowledgements, orders and coordinating with programme scheduling and liaising with subcontractors on site. Activities will include:Take off quantities from drawings.Prepare quotations.Maintain subcontractor and supplier relationships.Prepare orders and organise deliveries to site.Preparation of technical information.Health & Safety documentation.Programme scheduling.Project administration support.

Qualifications / Experience: The successful candidate must have a minimum of 1-2 years experience working in a project coordinating and project administration type of role (within the construction industry would be advantageous).Good organisational and time management skills.Experience pricing different disciplines.Experience in procurement would be advantageous.Excellent IT skills.Experience with scheduling.
