Job Duties: Support the land and Property Officer to ensure the day-to-day operational requirements associated with Council's Land and Property Portfolio are met.Responsible for the implementation of systems and processes for the Council's Land and Property records in conjunction with Council's Digital Services department.Carry out research, collate, analyse and draft documents for initial review.
Qualifications / Experience: A third level qualification in a relevant subject such as Business / Management / Consultation / Law / Finance / QS / Estate Management / Planning.Two years' (four years if you do not have the academic requirement above) experience in one of the key areas below;Project Management;Land & Property;Policy Development;Administration.A minimum of one year's experience in:working with a range of internal and external stakeholders.developing systems and processes to improve efficiency.collating information/data and preparing reports within prescribed timetables.Experience in the use of Microsoft Office applications to include: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.Full current driving licence (Category B).Willing to work outside normal office hours.
