Job Duties: The employer is: BABYLIFE LTD.Facilitate sales transactions by advising customers on suitable products that best meet their needs and encourage purchases. Explain product features and benefits to customers, assisting them in locating specified products on the sales floor and processing customer payments and orders. List products, features and pricing on website and databases, and maintain stock check levels. Keep shop floor and store tidy.Shop floor window displays.Marketing and social media promotion.Video content creation of products and services.Product knowledge and features training provided.Car Seat Safety training provided.Training on customer services, support, databases, web portal admin training all provided.You will be entitled to annual leave during this job opportunity.

Qualifications / Experience: Essential:Customer service skills.The ability to work well with others.Patience and the ability to remain calm in all situations.To be thorough and pay attention to detail.Sensitivity and understanding.Persuading and negotiating skills.The ability to use your initiative.Excellent verbal and marketing communication skills.To be able to use a computer and the main software packages competently.Good numeracy and literacy skills.Creativity and content curation skills.Writing ability.Desirable:Previous retail sales.
