Job Duties: This is a new role and the post-holder is challenged with providing support to EA to assist with the implementation and support of business information systems across multiple directorates. The role will seek to identify opportunities within EA and provide support in the delivery of solutions. The Business Analyst role will collaborate with the five directorates to develop initiatives and strategies that optimise processes and improve service delivery within EA.The role will involve working closely within the ICT Projects Services team and ICT Heads of Service to ensure successful Programme delivery and support Project Managers with requirements, process mapping and delivery and procurement on time and within budget.See job information pack for further details.

Qualifications / Experience: Hold a bachelor's degree (QCF Level 6) or an equivalent or higher qualification relating to Business Administration, management, Information Technology and have a minimum of two years demonstrable experience working in the field of Business Analysis;OrHave a minimum of five years demonstrable experience working in the field of Business Analysis.See job information pack for further details.
