Job Duties: To manage, supervise and support the GA Project Workers.To promote and enhance the GOALS Academy.To oversee Pillars 1 & 2 and quality assure the GA Programme.To manage and deliver the Programme of Development for Pillar 3 of the GA Programme.Undertake, Source and Review the Training Model of Expertise to ensure that participants have the opportunities and necessary pathways to reach their full potential.Support and Mentor participants throughout the stages of Personal Development. To provide an intense mentoring support service to each participant, to help them create opportunities, reach their potential, and help them promote and recognise their developments and achievements.Identify and address barriers that are facing some Young People and implement and develop tailored support systems, to help these young people overcome such barriers. ¿ Support young people into Pillar 4 ¿ Enterprise of the GA

Qualifications / Experience: Degree in Youth Work Practice and/or Sports Development or a minimum of 5 years experience of planning, delivering and evaluating youth work activities.Experience of managing and supervising staff.Experience of mentoring young people.
