Job Duties: The OD Business Partner will be responsible for providing customer focussed, comprehensive and pragmatic performance and development advice and support to managers and employees in line with organisational policies, procedures and legal requirements. They will support the development and delivery of the People, Development and Compliance operational plan ensuring that we provide a value added service in order to meet organisational requirements.
Qualifications / Experience: Degree level qualification (or equivalent) in Human Resources or related disciplines.Membership of a Relevant Professional Body.Demonstrable experience delivering solutions in:Learning & DevelopmentPerformance ManagementLeadership & Management DevelopmentProficient in using a database to maintain appropriate records and produce Management Reports.Strong IT skills, in particular MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.Ability to be flexible and adaptable as the role will involve working at various locations across Ireland.A full current driving licence and access to a car.
