Job Duties: As The HR and Training Officer will be responsible for providing customer focussed, comprehensive and pragmatic HR advice and support to managers and employees in line with organisational policies, procedures and legal requirements, Co-ordination and oversight of the MindWise internal training schedule and to support the delivery of the HR strategy ensuring that we provide a value-added service in order to meet organisational requirements.

Qualifications / Experience: Educated to GCSE level (grades A-C) to include Mathematics and English language (or equivalent).CIPD Associate MembershipA minimum of 2 year's experience of working in a dedicated generalist HR roleProven experience of managing recruitment campaignsCan demonstrate experience of using a HR information system to ensure accurate information for management reportsCan demonstrate at least 2 year's experience of dealing with a wide range of employee relations issuesKnowledge of HR related policy and processCompetent use of computers and HR information systemsThe successful candidate will be subject to an Enhanced Check
