Job Duties: The Deloitte Financial Services: Business Transformation Academy, supported by the Department is a six-week onsite/ virtual training programme to provide 20 participants with the skills and experience required to take up exciting positions in Deloitte.Operations Excellence work closely with Deloittes clients and each other: at every stage of every project, solving their clients trickiest problems with a mix of knowledge, creativity and intellectual rigour. This is a superb opportunity for individuals who have the ability to build relationships with Deloittes clients: listen to them, understand their requirements and apply the technical business change skills we will help you to hone. As a credible and trusted expert, you will be the bridge between the client and Deloittes technical team, ensuring the delivery of client transformation that will successfully fulfil and exceed client expectations.

Qualifications / Experience: All applicants must be currently eligible to work full time in the UK.No previous experience is needed however, you must:be at least 18 years oldhave a university degree classification 2:2 in any degree or,A Level 5 qualification (HND or Foundation Degree) in a related subject plus 1 years relevant experience. Related subjects could include for example:Business / TechnologySTEM qualifications are desirable but not a requirementAlthough Professional/Financial Services experience is not required, we are very interested in seeing an interest and passion for Financial Services and how it impacts the world.
