Job Duties: To ensure agreed standardised assessment questionnaires are completed with clients and their families attending the GIS as per the GIS protocol and to systematically collect data on caseload as required by the Assistant Children's Services Manager and dedicated consultant. The postholder will be expected to arrange reviews as required and communicate effectively with the client, his/her family and all others involved; and to monitor progress during the course of multi-disciplinary interventions.Implement shared care protocol with consultant endocrinologist as appropriate to the adolescent endocrine liaison clinic.Please visit: jobs.hscni.net to see Job Description and Personnel Specification.
