Worktime: Monday - Thursday: 8.15am - 5pm.

Job Duties: Assist with all documentation required during the recruitment and selection process for all internal and external positions, including creating job descriptions, personnel specifications, placing adverts, liaising with agencies, arranging interviews. Ensuring sound candidate management through to appointment. Assist with creating contractual documentation in relation to appointments, liaising with relevant parties to ensure onboarding process is managed professionally. Create documentation relating to variation of contracts. Maintain trackers in relation to recruitment and selection ensuring that they are up to date and accurate. Take an active part in recruitment, e.g. job fairs, open evenings, etc.

Qualifications / Experience: Third level qualification in Human Resources or a related discipline (or equivalent) and 6 months' experience in an HR administration roleOr 5 GCSE's including GCSE Grade C (or equivalent) in English and Maths and 1 year's experience working in a dedicated HR administration role.Experience working in a confidential environment.Administration experience.
