Job Duties: The primary purpose of this position is to facilitate and lead continuous improvement initiatives, supporting the achievement of business goals.Responsible for supporting and facilitating area / team improvement initiatives team and support delivery of area improvement objectives.Support / lead improvement initiatives to deliver on value and cost utilising various tools including Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Practical Problem Solving.Develop and implement new and innovative ways of working.Delivery of in house training / coaching for Continuous improvement tools.Implement operational excellence framework.Identify improvement opportunities Facilitate Kaizen events to drive incremental improvement.

Qualifications / Experience: Strong shop floor operational experience ideally, but not essential within the Hot-End and or Engineering.Experience and knowledge Continuous Improvement.Essential Functional / Technical SkillsGood leadership, networking, communication, problem solving and facilitation skills.Ability to work as a team but also needs to be comfortable taking the lead when required.Strong Microsoft Office skills e.g. Excel, Word & PowerPoint.Operations or engineering background.Knowledge of continuous tools including RCA, Standard Operating Procedures, Practical problem solving and 5 Whys.
