Job Duties: Provide professional, accurate, effective, and timely support across a range of key business functions, to include:Information ManagementManagement of filing systems to include creation, maintenance and retrieval of files/folders both manual and electronic.Human ResourcesProvide effective administrative support to the human resources function, for example recruitment and selection, pre-employment checks, preparation of contracts, induction, absence, and entitlements.Hostel AdministrationAssist with hostel administration in relation to management reporting and administering residents during their stay. CommunicationsUpdate and support NWMM's online presence including website and social media platforms.
Qualifications / Experience: Minimum 3 GCSEs (grades A - C) to include English and Maths OR equivalent, and 12 months experience in a business support role.Must be proficient in the use of MS Office applications and have the ability to collate, analyse and present information.
