Job Duties: The Deloitte Human Capital Academy, supported by the Department is a six-week training programme to provide 39 graduates with the skills and experience required to take up exciting positions in Deloitte.Deloitte's Human Capital professionals help organisations drive productivity, value and impact through the organisation, the workforce, and HR. Our professionals leverage research, analytics, technology solutions and industry insights to help you:Create an organisation that is adaptable to change that can respond to the increasing need for transparency in the era of the Social Enterprise.Compose a workforce that drives productivity and value today and in the future.Design all aspects of work in a way that allows the worker to find meaning in the work they perform.

Qualifications / Experience: All applicants must be currently eligible to work full time in the UK.Have a university degree classification 2:2 in any degree discipline (although no previous experience is required, we may take any previous experience into account when assessing your application questions) or;A Level 5 qualification (HND or Foundation Degree) in a related subject plus 1 year's relevant experience. Related subjects could include:Business/ Technology/ Data.Psychology.Maths/ Finance/ Economics (Project Controller Group only).
