Job Duties: To deliver high quality innovate activities and programs whilst ensuring excellent customer service and maximising revenue opportunities.To assist in the development of all relevant health and safety protocols and procedures for all activities on offer.To ensure that all necessary equipment is prepared for daily use and maintained to a high standard that conforms to relevant health and safety criteria.To ensure that health and safety systems and procedures for all activities are adhered to by all customers and staff and that equipment is correctly used, stored and maintained and records are kept up to date.To teach and demonstrate safe and effective use of the main attractions of Low/ high ropes course, Zip line and Alpine Coaster providing the necessary coaching and supervision.A full job description can be obtained by emailing sharon@colinglen.org

Qualifications / Experience: Essential Criteria: Minimum of 3 GCSEs including English Language and Maths or equivalent.Customer care experience.Excellent oral and written communications skills.Excellent judgement and reasoning abilities. Ability to work as part of a team. Ability to take decisions and use initiative within area of responsibilityPolite and friendly manner. Remain calm under pressure. Professional approach. Dependable, with a flexible approach. Must enjoy outdoor activity.Desirable Criteria: Previous experience or employment in an outdoor activity centre.Demonstrable experience of working on high or low ropes course operations or similar accreditation.Recognised first Aid qualification.Driving licence.Demonstrable experience in working to health and safety systems, policies and procedures.
