Job Duties: Work as part of a flexible operational team across Queens Sport facilities whilst providing a courteous, efficient and effective customer service to students and users.

Qualifications / Experience: Essential Criteria:Secondary School education (e.g. GCSE level or NVQ equivalent).Minimum of 1 year relevant work experience in line with the main duties of the post.Knowledge of the relevant systems and procedures etc., plus a wider appreciation of the relevant area of work.Ability to work well within a team as well as using own initiative.Excellent IT skills, particularly MS Office (including Excel).Clear communication and interpersonal skills, strong customer awareness and focus.Interest and involvement in sporting activities.Flexibility to work over a seven day period.Desirable Criteria:First Aid qualification.Experience handling cash and debit/credit card transactions following established procedures.IT literacy and competency with computerised booking system.
