Job Duties: The employer is: LIFESTYLE GYMNASTICS ACADEMY.Assisting with gymnastics equipment set up and set down.Assisting with general reception duties in person with club members e.g. taking class fee payments, selling club uniform.Assisting with administrative duties online via the club's customer management software.Assisting with customer enquiries via email.Assisting with basic Photography/Videography during gymnastics classes.Assisting with marketing material/publicity/advertising.Assisting with events planning.Option to complete a First Aid Qualification and become a First Aider during classes.Option to complete a Gymnastics Coaching Qualification and become an Assistant Gymnastics Coach.You will be entitled to annual leave during this job opportunity.

Qualifications / Experience: Essential:Physically able to assist with manual handling for the set up and set down of gymnastics equipment as part of a team.Good communication skills, both written and verbal.Good time management, organised, attention to detail.Excellent IT skills, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel & Mail.An enhanced Access NI check and a Safeguarding Children & Young People in Sport course must be completed if the employee wishes to complete a First Aid and/or Coaching qualification.Recommended:Interest/experience in sport(s).Interest working with children and young people.Desirable:Experience working with children and young people.Experience in an office/administrative environment.Photography/videography experience.
