Job Duties: The employer is: BRYANSFORD GAC.The successful candidate will coach Gaelic games in schools in the local Parish, complimenting the strong club/schools links currently in place. There will be opportunities for development qualifications and opportunities to learn from experienced professionals.Duties will include:Collating, devising and implementing skills development initiatives.Creating and implementing training plans for children of all abilities.Transitioning school pupils into club members.Developing club coaching library/resources for each age grade.Coordinating and supporting afterschool clubs in school/club facilities.Reporting to regular Club committee meetings.Coordinating holiday camps or schemes.Ensuring regulatory compliance.You will be entitled to annual leave during this job opportunity.
Qualifications / Experience: Essential: Access to transport.Desirable: Experience of working with/coaching children.A recognised coaching qualification.An interest in playing/coaching Gaelic games.
