Job Duties: The Employer is: IRISH FOOTBALL ASSOCIATION.Ambassador & mentor for the IFA Foundation Stay Onside programme delivered in Prison & the community.Encourage young male & females to be a participant on the Stay Onside programme.Liaise with partner agencies, e.g. PSNI, PBNI.Promote positive values in sport both in a Prison & Community context.Design a future Ambassador programme for young people who are socially disadvantaged.Mentor participants: offering advice & support with modules. Support IFA Foundation Staff in event planning. Administrative support to the programme. Engage with participants & help provide pathways into local sports clubs & volunteering. Use of social media to promote programmes.Proactively participate in training & development opportunities. Use their life experiences to encourage & motivate others.Signpost programme participants to other support organisations.You will be entitled to annual leave during this job opportunity.
Qualifications / Experience: No qualifications needed as full training will be provided.
