Job Duties: The employer is: BAYBURN FITNESS.Assist trainers in Group PT and Team Training sessions with equipment and coaching needs. Each session will be very hands-on and verbal, as you become more comfortable with the protocols of the session.Coach, instruct and encourage all clients.Track all attendance of classes and group sessions.Attend weekly internship meetings and team meetings.Take part in at least three GPT and TT sessions each week.Complete all assigned readings, article reviews, and written assignments.Understand exercise format, and be able to implement the progression/regression system for each session.Keep a coaching log and update your professional development plan.Be on time for each shift (15 minutes before start time).Perform daily hygiene and organisational responsibilities.Other duties as required.You will be entitled to annual leave during this job opportunity.

Qualifications / Experience: Essential:GCSE English and Maths Grades A to C (or equivalent).Good interpersonal and communication skills.Confident in group speaking.Passion for helping people get fit mentally and physically.Love of physical activity.Self-motivated, hardworking and can work as part of a team.Desirable:GCSE or other qualification in fitness/physical education.Previous experience in the fitness industry.
