Job Duties: The employer is: LEVEL UP ONLINE COACHING.Duties will include:Planning, setting up and taking clients through gym sessions. This will include personal 1 to 1 and small group sessions as well as in a class setting.Employees will be required to undertake admin duties including creating content to post on social media, sending out emails and check-ins to clients.Employees will be required to assist with organising events run by the gym.Employees will be required to undertake cleaning duties within the gym on an ongoing basis.Employees will be required to identify individual goals for clients, then plan and develop personal training programmes for individuals relevant to the needs of Clients.Employees will be required to perform any other duties as reasonably identified within their role as Personal Trainer.You will be entitled to annual leave during this job opportunity.

Qualifications / Experience: Essential:Level 2 Fitness Instructor and Level 3 Personal Training Qualifications.Ability to communicate effectively with clients individually, and in group settings to demonstrate and outline instructions.Interpersonal skills to make clients feel comfortable before, during and after their session.Ability to use IT software to design programme templates, promote through social media, respond to emails and messages, record information.Ability to use IT software to design programme templates, promote through social media, respond to emails and messages, record information.Desired:1+ years of previous experience coaching in a gym or class setting.
