Job Duties: Inbound Customer Service Advisors are required to provide excellent customer service, ensuring that all customer contacts are managed in line with company policies and procedures. We operate flexibly regarding the hours and will work with you to meet your needs and the needs of our business. We operate a hybrid working model with a mixture of home/office to suit. You will be provided with a laptop and mobile for work.You will handle incoming calls and emails on behalf of NI Water. We offer regular overtime and opportunities to develop your career.All roles are subject to credit and criminal record checks.

Qualifications / Experience: Applicants should be able to demonstrate that they meet the following essential criteria:Experience of using IT systems and packages including MS Word and Excel.Customer Service to include; call centre, retail, hospitality or sales roles.An effective relationship builder - someone who can quickly establish rapport with people.A strong team player who strives to achieve team as well as individual targets.
