Job Duties: As a BMW Service Advisor at the Country Garage, you will be the focal point of contact for our service and repair customers. You will spend time identifying their individual requirements and handling enquiries to ensure that our customer needs are fully met.It will be your responsibility to deliver the highest level of customer care from the administration process from the start of the service customer's journey, right through to the handing over of the vehicles when complete.

Qualifications / Experience: It is essential that you:Have previous customer service experience. Have an excellent telephone manner.Possess a flair for upselling additional products and services.Are numerate and literate.Have excellent communication skills.It would be preferable that you have a minimum of 2 years' recent experience in a similar role and/or working knowledge of Kerridge/ADP management system. However, we would welcome applicants who are professional and self-confident, and willing to step outside of their comfort zone and work hard to train and progress within a new career.
