Job Duties: Act as the main point of contact for all subscribers, dealing with queries and ensuring first-class customer service.Produce reports for sales and usage analysis.Report monthly usage statistics from Google Analytics and subscription management software outlining popular articles, trends etc.Liaise with new and existing customers to facilitate subscription upgrades.Suggest improvements to the service, and work with 3rd party suppliers to implement improvements.Post content (provided by L&D department and 3rd party suppliers) Liaise with the finance team regarding subscription payments and subscriber hub access.For full list of duties go to: http://www.legal-island2008.com/CustomerServiceExecutiveHub.pdf
