Job Duties: You will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with a portfolio of assigned customers, connecting with key business executives. You will liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs.Reporting to the Operations Director:Manage customer onboarding and experience from when they place their first order, through to successful completion and aftersales care.Operate as the primary point of contact for any and all matters specific to the customerDevelop, build and maintain strong trusted and long-lasting relationships with customersWork hand in hand with technical support team to promptly troubleshoot, continually keeping customers up to date with issues as they get resolved.Deal with installation partners to promptly and efficiently resolve customer issues that require a site visitReal time troubleshooting of customer queriesEssential Requirements:

Qualifications / Experience: Proven customer service / account management or other relevant experienceExperience using a CRM with excellent presentation and communication skillsHighly organised and capable in fast paced environmentExperience in delivering client-focused solutionsExcellent I.T. skills
