Job Duties: We are hiring for part time tour guide at Rademon Estate Distillery!The duties of this vacancy include:Greeting and welcoming guests to toursCarrying out tours to a high standard Being able to answer questions asked by tour guests coherently and confidentlyLearning about our background and history so you can confidently relay this to tour guests (you will be provided with this information by the company) Provide excellent levels of customer service, putting tour guests at the forefront of your job
Qualifications / Experience: Educated to GCSE standard or equivalentPrevious experience of conducting tours / presentations or delivering events to customersHave a confident nature and excellent conversational skills Good organisational and time management skillsGreat customer service skillsWeekend availability with the potential for some evening availability (we can look at evening availability if this is not something you can do)Able to use your initiativeWell spoken
