Job Duties: Duties are but not limited to: General support to line manager.Lead, develop and coach our team.Monitor daily reports and assist in amending processes when necessary.Dealing with telephone calls and emails in our shared mailbox resolving queries in a timely manner.Validating customer orders through compliance, arranging collections, and transferring details to TMS.Using various computer systems to help maintain high level of customer satisfaction.Any other duties required to achieve the smooth running of the operations in an efficient and effective manner as deemed fit by the company and within post holder's competence.Comply with company's Health and Safety policies.
Qualifications / Experience: Essential Criteria: Proactive individual with excellent organisation and time management skillsStrong attention to detail, flexible and able to multitaskAbility to develop strong relationships across all departmentsConfident interpersonal skills. Good verbal and written communication skills.Ability to influence with an assertive, engaging, and professional style.Excellent computer skills and a working knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications.Experience in coaching, supporting and managing a teamCustomer service experience.Desirable Criteria: Experience within the transport industry.
