Job Duties: Provide a central point of contact for service users, relatives and carers who have had contact with a serious adverse incident and/or structured judgement review or submitted a complaint to the Trust regarding service user safety. The contact may be in person, by telephone, e-mail or written correspondence.Facilitate meetings with service users, relatives and carers who have had involvement in a serious adverse incident and/or structured judgement review process or submitted a complaint to the Trust regarding service user safety. This will include dealing with situations which are highly emotive and challenging where information may be of a sensitive and complex clinical nature.

Qualifications / Experience: Relevant professional clinical qualificationCurrent professional registration(A relevant Professional Clinical Qualification and registration with a recognised professional body is considered to be:A full, current registration with the General Medical Council (UK) with Licence to PracticeA full, current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (UK),Current registration with the Northern Ireland Social Care Council on the social work part of the register.Current registration with British Psychological Society as a registered Psychologist.Allied Health Professional with current registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
