Job Duties: As part of a leading Global Logistics company, Redhead DB Schenker Mallusk, have an opportunity for a highly motivated person to join our busy Partner Booking team. Reporting to the Team Lead, duties are but not limited to: Work with management to maintain best practices for efficient communication with customersDealing with incoming and outgoing phone calls and emails, resolving issues in a timely manner.Validating customer orders making sure detail is correct.Checking customer documents to ensure they are customs compliant.Booking customer orders on to the company's TMS.Using various computer systems to help maintain high level of customer satisfaction.Comply with company's Health and Safety policies.
Qualifications / Experience: Essential Criteria: Excellent computer skills and a working knowledge of all Office applications.Customer service experienceProactive individual with excellent organisation and time management skillsStrong attention to detail, flexible and able to multitask and prioritiseConfident interpersonal skills. Self-motivated and enthusiastic.Desirable Criteria: Any experience within the transport industry.Similar experience in a customer service role.
