Job Duties: Build strong relationships with our existing customers to promote retention and growth.Be the first port of call for our customers, and be available to answer any queries they may have.Using our business intelligence software identify declining customer sales and work to eliminate customer churn. Identify trends among successful customers and look to implement these with other customers.Identify lost business and work to bring customer business back to us.Complete weekly reports as required.Enter and complete orders on our stock management system.Aid with the development and improvement of our products by gathering feedback to identify recurring issues and addressing these with management.Work with sales agents to improve customer experience.
