Job Duties: We currently have an opportunity for a Site Supervisor at our site in Belfast. Reporting to the Assistant Area Operations Manager.Your role as Site Supervisor will include:Managing the day to day running of the car park whilst maximizing revenue and ensuring all users of the car park receive exceptional levels of customer service;Ensuring all customer queries are dealt with in an effective and professional manner, and to provide efficient resolutions to queries;Accurately completing all administrative tasks, whilst adhering to Company policies and procedures;Reporting to senior management, you will be responsible for providing feedback on team and individual performance;Managing and training the team to ensure daily and weekly tasks outline by line management are achieved within the agreed timeframes;Developing or executing employee feedback and recognition programs;Creating and managing team schedules over 12 hour shift patterns.
Qualifications / Experience: The ideal candidate will:Have previous supervisory experience.Be able to demonstrate the ability to effectively manage and motivate the teams to get results and meet service delivery requirements.Be able to interact effectively with customers/clients at all levels and to meet and manage customer/client expectations.Have a strong set of personal values which match those of the organisation and the vision of the company.

Other Information: The role is full time, working an average of 42 hours per week on a rota basis, (12 hour shifts) including weekend and evenings.
