Job Duties: The employer is: NATIONAL TRUST.The National Trust is looking for someone friendly to join our team to provide a great welcome & a fantastic experience for visitors to The Argory near Moy.Deliver outstanding customer service through welcoming visitors, providing information & booking visitors onto house tours. Developing experiences that bring visitors closer to nature, beauty & history through programming & partnership work. Regular weekend working & occasional evenings.Role holder will need to spend some time lone working without direct contact with their colleagues.Answering queries both online & on the phone.Undertake relevant administrative tasks e.g. welcome packs, event maps/guides, signage & way finding.Keeping the equipment/ materials up to date, in stock & well presented.Keep accurate records in accordance with GDPR.Adherence to NT values & behaviours.You will be entitled to annual leave during this job opportunity.

Qualifications / Experience: Applicants do not need to have related work experience or qualifications, but should be able to demonstrate that they have:A genuine interest in and enthusiasm for this area of work and the heritage sector.Good interpersonal and communication skills, and are a great team player.A willingness to undertake continuing professional development and personal skills development and have an enthusiasm to learn.
