Job Duties: The employer is: LARNE FOOTBALL CLUB.This role will work alongside the general manager and other senior staff to plan and co-ordinate the main elements ahead of a matchday. This includes managing ticketing, liaising with opposing clubs, sponsors and guests, and overseeing internal departments to ensure everything is in place for each game at Inver Park. The role will also manage the club shop, which operates in store on matchday and online throughout the rest of the year. Jobs to include:Planning events and publishing via online ticketing portal.Speaking via email and phone to matchday stakeholders to communicate details and plan.Manage and fulfil orders with online customers.Speak with suppliers regarding stock control.Coordinate internal staff and volunteers to carry out matchday requirements.You will be entitled to annual leave during this job opportunity.
Qualifications / Experience: Essential:Full Access NI enhanced clearance.Maths & English GCSE (or equivalent) c or above.Desirable:1 years experience in similar role.Full training will be provided.
