Job Duties: Responsible for ensuring the highest levels of customer service.Processing web orders.Postage and packaging.Handling customer queries (telephone/email).Handling customer reviews.Stock management.Stock replenishment.Internal stock transfers.General housekeeping duties.
Qualifications / Experience: Essential:Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service.Good organisational skills.Experience of communicating via email.Ability to multi-task.Good attention to detail.Ability to work comfortably with members of the public.Desirable:Experience in fashion retail.Experience of using Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.
