Job Duties: Dealing with customer service issues and complaints.Planning and inputting of service requests for a network of Service Engineers.
Qualifications / Experience: Excellent People SkillsAbility to deal with challenging customer service issues.Experience with Microsoft Office is essential.Data input accuracy is vital to the role.Experience in an office environment preferable but not essential as full training will be provided
