Job Duties: Our new Customer Service Advisor internship roles are a fantastic opportunity to earn as you learn and to kick start an exciting new career in housing. Our team of Advisors help our customers to resolve queries across the full range of our services.After successful completion of the Academy training programme you will progress to a permanent Customer Service Advisor role (starting salary £19,312 per annum, pro rata for part time positions). Through your enthusiasm to learn and a real passion for delivering excellent customer service you will be helping us to deliver on our promises, and at the same time growing your new career from the ground up. Qualifications / Experience: To be shortlisted candidates need to provide evidence of the following as a minimum:GCSE English and Maths at minimum of Grade C (or equivalent).OREssential Skills Level 2 (to include Communication & Application of Number)Experience in using Microsoft Office packages.No experience required. Full training will be provided through our Radius Academy 9-month Customer Service Training Programme.Full time and part time positions available and to be discussed at interview.
