Job Duties: The employer is: R A GLASS LIMITED OPTOMETRISTS. General reception, communication and administrative duties. Operating the Practice Management System for NHS and private clients. Dealing with clients concerns and dissatisfaction. Select optical appliances to meet clients' needs. Process optical orders in writing and online. Operate a lens tracing system for remote ordering. Provide an optical appliance collection service. Provide an optical repair service. Provide a contact lens service. Display and merchandise stock. Contribute to the security and housekeeping of the workplace. Where candidates are required to work Saturdays they will be given time off in lieu. You will be entitled to annual leave during this job opportunity.

Qualifications / Experience: Minimum of GCSE Grade C in English, Maths and CET (or equivalent). High level of IT knowledge and proficiency. Good communication skills. Good timekeeping is essential as candidate will be working in a healthcare environment.
