Job Duties: The employer is: THE MOURNE LODGETo ensure that restaurant, lounge and self-catering kitchen and bedrooms are kept to a high standard and in compliance with health and safety legislation. Daily maintenance and upkeep as well as general upkeep of all rooms and areas within the centre.A worksheet will be provided to assist in each area. This can be translated into a language to suit the applicant.Efficient use of materials throughout the building using eco materials where appropriate.Applicants will have meet and greet duties also which will include showing guests to rooms, informing them of local knowledge and of the area etc.Assisting with breakfast and lunch in our restaurant as required.Aware of food hygiene and safety practices.Comply with all Health & Safety at work RegulationsComply and assist with emergency evacuation procedures in event of emergency or drill.You will be entitled to annual leave during this job opportunity.

Qualifications / Experience: No experience or qualifications required as full training is given.
