Job Duties: Adherence to company Positive Work Environment Policies, Health and Safety procedures, and the maintenance of a safe working environment.Handling all COVID Support complaints and enquiries for Randox Private COVID Testing.Answering complaints/enquiries by email.Using software provided to assist with customer enquiries and complaints.Using diary system for clinics/travel centres to assist customers.Recording customer partial refunds to be processed by our Finance Department.Informing Shift or Deputy Shift Lead of any full orders that need a refund processed.Liaising with other relevant departments to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.Logging all complaints and enquiries on ticketing system.Ensuring all customer data is handled according to GDPR requirements.Adhere and follow any updates via internal communication tools e.g. Microsoft Teams, email.
Qualifications / Experience: Essential:Educated to GCSE level (including Maths and English Language).Excellent customer service skills.Be computer literate (Word, Excel, Microsoft Outlook).Excellent telephone skills.Be able to work on own initiative as well as part of a team.Excellent organisational and communication skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment to provide top level customer support.Desirable:Previous experience in another customer service role.
