Job Duties: Customer service.Greeting customers and assisting with the pick-up and return of hire vehicles.Inspection of returned vehicles to ensure that any areas of concern are resolved. This role is administration focused whilst at the same time dealing with a high number of customers and any issues they may have relating to their car hire.
Qualifications / Experience: Previous administration experience. You must have held a clean and valid driving licence for two full years and be fully flexible in your approach to working hours. Prior customer service experience along with excellent communication skills and teamwork is desirable.
