Job Duties: Provide excellent customer service to existing insurance customers, processing amendments to customer policies. Introduce NFU Mutual Financial Services.
Qualifications / Experience: GCSE Maths & English grades A-C or equivalent. Good IT skills Previous customer service / sales experience desirable but not essential.
