Job Duties: The Employer is: MCCOMB'S COACH TRAVEL LTD.Take all bookings that come into our Tour Office for tours, via internet, email, telephone and face to face. Reply to all online/email enquiries by phone or email. Prepare arrivals lists for tours & coach hire on a daily basis. Liaise with booking agents to manage our tour program & coach hire. Promote our full range of services. Carry out check-in for our tours. Provide an excellent level of customer service to all customers. Co-ordinate coach drivers to provide a pick-up service for tours. Supply our tour literature and tickets to all local accommodation providers & Information centres. To perform the job in accordance with the companys' policies and procedures, especially the Equal Opportunities and Harassment Policy. To perform any other duties as may be reasonably be require from time-to-time. You will be entitled to annual leave during this Job opportunity.

Qualifications / Experience: Minimum 5 GCSEs A* to C (or equivalent), must include Maths & English.
