Job Duties: Sales invoicing and dispatch administration.Be familiar with system in order to be able to answer customer queries.Efficient answering of incoming telephone and email queries.Undertake data entry duties to maintain all records accurate and up-to-date in line with data protection requirements.Sickness absence monitoring and recording.Other duties as may be required from time to time.

Qualifications / Experience: Previous office experience desirable.Excellent administration & organisational skills.Manufacturing experience desirable.Good numeracy and excellent attention to detail.Strong IT skills.Excellent communicator and able to build rapport.Ability to multitask, manage deadlines and workload.
