Job Duties: The employer is: GOOD TO GO IMG.We are looking for Customer Advisor in our Takeaway Restaurant. Your role will be to provide and maintain the highest standards of service and adhere to basic hygiene standards, to engage and interact with customers and the team with a smile on your face, and to be knowledgeable about the food and hot/cold drinks we serve.Responsibilities:Assisting with the preparation and serving of meals and beverages to customers.Maintaining outstanding levels of customer service, processing sales quickly, accurately and efficiently.Taking payments.Regular cleaning of the restaurant and service areas. Ensuring that the kitchen and service areas are clean and tidy.Ensuring health and safety regulations are followed.Configuring counter & display spaces to make them attractive. Restocking.Creating an atmosphere that makes customers want to come back.You will be entitled to annual leave during this job opportunity.

Qualifications / Experience: Good communication skills and demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail.Ability to remain calm under pressure.Being able to handle complaints and difficult situations.
